You have a 6 months to return a defective product due to manufacturing defects. If the product is found to be defective, we will cover the return shipping costs, and a new product will be ordered on a warranty basis.
To process a return, the products must remain in their original packaging and must not have been used. Returning a non-defective product or a product outside the 10-day return period will incur a restocking fee of 20%, plus applicable shipping costs.
Damaged Products:
It’s important to note that we cannot guarantee the circumstances in which our products are used, and therefore, we cannot provide replacements for items damaged due to user error.
If the original packaging of the returned product is damaged, it may necessitate a repacking tariff. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging to avoid any additional charges.
Cancelling an order will incur a restocking fee of 20%.
Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility in cases where the wrong TPI (Threads Per Inch) is ordered for your brake. However, if you have received a brake that is unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging, we are more than willing to replace it. You will be responsible for the shipping.
Once we have handed your parcel over to our courier providers, we regrettably do not have direct control over the logistics of its delivery. If you wish to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us via email.
International shipping is possible, but it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the ordered items can be legally imported into their respective country and that any necessary permits are obtained. Some countries have bans or restrictions on certain items, such as suppressors, which cannot be imported into the USA for example. It is crucial to conduct your research, as we do not take responsibility for items seized by customs in your country.
When you encounter the message “Available On Order” while adding an item to your cart, it means that we need to manufacture your item, and it is not currently in stock. This may result in a delay in your order.
At Axis Precision Worx, we understand that certain products are exceptionally popular, and maintaining them in stock can be challenging. To address this, we do accept backorders, which is the most convenient way to secure your unit promptly.
When you place a backorder, your position is reserved, and orders will be fulfilled in the sequence in which they were received. This ensures fairness and a timely delivery of products as soon as they become available. We appreciate your patience and commitment to our products.
While we make every effort to keep our stock levels sufficient, there are instances where we may need to manufacture your order. At APW, we take pride in producing all our products in-house, and we offer a diverse range of product lines. However, it’s important to note that we cannot interrupt production on one part to prioritize another.
We always aim to provide accurate lead times on our product pages. However, please be aware that factors like load shedding (rolling blackouts) in South Africa may impact these estimates.
